The working principle
The ultrasonic buttonhole machine converts the electricity into a high-frequency AC electrical signal through the ultrasonic generator to drive the ultrasonic transducer. The ultrasonic transducer converts the input electrical power into mechanical power (ultrasonic), which is then transmitted to the ultrasonic welding head. The ultrasonic welding head couplings the ultrasonic wave generated by the transducer to the cloth to be processed, and the cloth is partially melted through high-frequency vibration, so as to realize the production of buttonholes.
