Working principle
The ultrasonic composite machine generates high-frequency electrical signals through an ultrasonic generator, which drives the transducer to produce ultrasonic vibrations. These vibration waves are transmitted to the surface of two or more layers of materials that need to be welded. Under pressure from the mold, the material surfaces rub against each other, forming fusion between ultrasonic molecular layers, thereby achieving material welding. Ultrasonic composite machines can generate significant heat in a short period of time, quickly melting materials and completing the composite process.
Technical features
