Both cutting cloth machines use an ultrasonic transducer to apply energy to the material within the mold head area. The bottom mold tightly contacts the material, and ultrasonic energy is transmitted through the mold head to the material. Due to the acoustic resistance between the bottom mold and the ultrasonic mold head, localized high temperatures are generated. Because of the poor thermal conductivity of the material, heat cannot dissipate quickly, leading to localized melting, welding, and trimming along the mold shape. This process enables precise forming, welding, and cutting.

The insole embossing machine has size limitations on the mold, with a maximum width of about 15cm. It features front and rear rollers for material pressing, ensuring high synchronization, making it suitable for multi-layer fabric welding and embossing with smaller patterns.
The mop sheet cutting machine has a higher side panel and lacks a rear pressing roller. It supports larger mold diameters, up to 30cm, making it ideal for thicker single-layer materials or pre-laminated multi-layer materials. It is designed for larger product dimensions.
